一：陪读出去的人要在美国入学需将F-2签证转成 F-1. 以前只需到墨西哥(或其它第三国)转签一下即可.但现在美国有新规定,不得在第三国转签.只能回本国签证,而回国签证移民倾向太严重.所以欲陪读的同志最好等你的先生或夫人给你争取到奖学金后以F-1身份出国,但这样恐怕难逃交培养费的厄运.
